FAQ

What loads is it suitable for?

Resistive loads such as SiC heating elements, MoSi2 heating elements and resistance heaters; also transformer and inductive loads after engineering confirmation.

When to use phase-shift plus zero-crossing?

For loads with large cold/hot resistance change or noticeable inrush at start-up; it balances start control and stable operation.

Is constant power control available?

Constant voltage, constant current and constant power control are supported; set according to the load and process.

How to confirm communication options?

Standard RS485 Modbus RTU and other communication options depend on the actual model, options and system protocol.

What are the installation environment requirements?

Install indoors in a dry, ventilated place free of corrosive gas, oil mist and condensation; derate for high temperature or high altitude as required.
