1. Purpose of the training
To further strengthen employees’ safety awareness and improve safe operation skills and emergency response capabilities, KULUN Electric organized a comprehensive and in-depth safety training on October 18, 2024. The training covered employees from all departments, aiming to ensure that everyone fully recognizes the importance of safe work and masters the necessary safety knowledge and skills, providing a solid guarantee for the company’s stable operation and employees’ health.
2. Training content
Through video lectures, the instructor explained the types and hazards of electrical accidents, such as electric shock and electrical fires, helping employees understand the importance of electrical safety. The training introduced protective measures for electrical equipment, such as grounding protection and leakage protection, as well as precautions when using electrical equipment, such as avoiding operation with wet hands and strictly prohibiting unauthorized disassembly.
The electrical wiring in the factory was analyzed, potential hazards were pointed out, and employees were taught how to identify and eliminate them. The training also emphasized the safe operating procedures to follow during electrical maintenance, such as power-off, voltage testing and grounding, to ensure maintenance safety.
According to the characteristics of different positions, the instructor explained the corresponding safe operating procedures and risk prevention measures — from the correct operation of production equipment to electrical safety in office areas and safety protection at construction sites. Employees actively interacted and raised safety issues encountered in daily work, gaining a clearer and more accurate understanding of safe operating procedures.
3. Remarkable results
Through this training, employees’ understanding of safe work made a qualitative leap — shifting from "safety required of me" to "safety I want". Everyone deeply recognizes that safety is the cornerstone of enterprise development and the guarantee of personal well-being. In daily work, employees now pay more attention to safety details, consciously follow safety rules, and a strong safety culture has taken shape.
Combining theoretical study with a written test, employees from office staff to production workers all participated, with average scores above 75 points, demonstrating a solid grasp of safe operating procedures and electrical safety knowledge. During production, employees operate equipment more standardly, use protective equipment correctly, and effectively reduce the risk of accidents. They can also respond quickly and accurately to emergencies, minimizing losses.
Through interaction and Q&A during the training, communication and collaboration among employees were further strengthened. Everyone is clearer about their responsibilities in safety work and has learned to cooperate and support each other in emergencies, forming a united and collaborative whole and laying a solid foundation for the company’s safety production.
4. Continuous improvement of safety management
Safety training is an important part of the company’s safety management, but safety work never ends. Taking this training as an opportunity, KULUN Electric will further strengthen its safety management system, improve safety rules and operating procedures, intensify safety inspections and hazard rectification, and continuously raise its safety management level.
