KULUN 10 kV high-voltage power control cabinet passes factory tests
In July 2026, the 10 kV high-voltage power control cabinet manufactured by Sichuan Kulun Electric Co., Ltd. for a molten salt heating project in Jilin successfully completed in-plant testing. The equipment has now entered the shipment preparation stage and will soon head to the project site in Jilin.
The 10 kV cabinet is mainly used in molten salt electric heating systems. By continuously and stably regulating the input power of high-voltage electric heating loads, it provides power control support for molten salt heating, heat preservation and process temperature control.
Applied to the molten salt heating system
Molten salt heating systems typically feature high heating power, long continuous operating hours and demanding temperature control requirements. In high-power electric heating applications especially, the power control equipment must not only regulate stably but also ensure the operating safety, protection functions and long-term reliability of the high-voltage system.
The 10 kV high-voltage power control cabinet supplied by KULUN Electric is designed for industrial molten salt electric heating conditions. It adjusts the input power of the heating load according to the commands of the temperature control system, and works with on-site PLCs, temperature controllers or host control systems to achieve automatic power regulation during molten salt heating.

Heading to the Jilin project site
Passing the factory test does not mean the project is over. The cabinets will now travel from Sichuan to the molten salt heating project site in Jilin. After arrival, installation, wiring, system commissioning and on-site operation support will follow according to the project schedule, and the equipment will ultimately serve the molten salt heating system.
