KULUN Electric recognized as a Deyang Enterprise Technology Center
On December 19, the Deyang municipal government published the 2022 list of recognized "Deyang Enterprise Technology Centers", and KULUN Electric was included. A municipal enterprise technology center is a high-level R&D institution or technology management department established within an enterprise and recognized by the municipal government. It is the core of the enterprise’s technological innovation system and the main technical support for technological progress and innovation.
Enterprises recognized as enterprise technology centers must meet a number of strict conditions:
- Significant development advantages and competitive strength in the industry, with strong technological innovation capability;
- A sound technological innovation mechanism, a well-organized technology center, high innovation efficiency and good innovation benefits;
- High R&D investment — annual R&D expenditure of no less than 1.5 million yuan, highly skilled and experienced technical leaders, and no fewer than 15 full-time R&D personnel, with R&D intensity and staffing no lower than the industry average;
- Well-established research, development and testing conditions, with technical development instruments and equipment of an original value no less than 1.5 million yuan, solid technical accumulation, and the ability to carry out high-level technological innovation;
- An established enterprise technology center operating normally for more than one year.
